You don't want to miss this special opportunity to celebrate 250 years America! There will be t-shirt and cap for sale, entertainment, booths with special activities, speeches, bake sale, QR code scavenger hunt, petting zoo, art and craft displays along with some historical displays, AND you will have an opportunity to make a quilt of valor.  

There will be a student essay contest! The winners of the Chico student contest will go to the Wise County Contest, and the grand winners will be announced at county level. Parents please encourage you students to participate! Chico 1st place winners will receive $100!!!

The Chico public Library will be taking orders for lighted flags. The flags will be place on the square in memory of a loved. If you are interested in purchasing a flag please call Michelle at the Library, 940-644-2330.
