Join us this month for our Very Scary Trail Trek!
Both kids and adults are invited to dress in their very scary costumes to have some fun and explore nature together!
This is part 2 of our 2-part costume day event and is geared towards older kids, though all ages are still welcome! If you'd like something a bit less scary, join us for our Too Cute To Spook Nature Walk earlier in the day. Attendees are welcome to come to both events and we'll have time for lunch/snacks and a costume change in between.
***Please make sure that all kids attending this event are okay with scary costumes and be prepared to separate from the group if they're bothered. We will not ask other attendees to remove costumes or allow children to be pushed through an event that is uncomfortable for them.
Location: Chickamauga Battlefield (3370 Lafayette Rd, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742)

Requirements: ALL attendees MUST have a 2025 waiver on file. Forms for minors are to be completed by a legal guardian.

We'll meet next to the gravel parking lot across the field/creek from the Chickamauga Battlefield Visitors Center.
Please make sure everyone in your group is dressed in weather appropriate clothing. Kids should wear clothes that are okay to get dirty, wet, or otherwise messed up and consider bringing a spare set for afterward. We also recommend bringing water and some snacks.
All guardians must remain with and are responsible for their own children at all times. By attending this event, you accept all possible risks for yourself and children and acknowledge that facilitators and other members are not liable for any damages including but not limited to injuries, illnesses, lost or damaged property, etc.
