A journey of deep relaxation using healing sounds of bowls, master gong, chimes, and healing instruments along with soothing vocals to close the session. The session is linked with the astrology of the week (particularly the moon cycles) as we connect to the energies of nature and allow our bodies and minds to let go of the busy-ness of life.Nikki’s soothing voice takes you into a guided visualisation prior to quieten the mind and allow the sounds to take over holding the space. There is an option to choose an oracle card to integrate into your experience.DETAILS FOR THE EVENTIMPORTANT:PARKING TAKES TIME SO PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY AS THE DOORS WILL CLOSE AT 6.35 TO ALLOW OTHERS THE FULL EXPERIENCE.What to bring:Please bring your own: blanket, eye mask and pillow, anything that makes you comfy lying on the floor.
