SUPER Full MOON sound bath - Journey into Stillness

THE EXPERIENCE

This is a special Supermoon sound bath to harness the energy of stillness and quiet restoration as we settle into winter. A journey of deep relaxation using healing sounds of bowls, master gong, chimes, and healing instruments along with soothing vocals to close the session. The session is linked with the astrology of the week (particularly the moon cycles) as we connect to the energies of nature and allow our bodies and minds to let go of the busy-ness of life.

Nikki’s soothing voice takes you into a guided visualisation prior to quieten the mind and allow the sounds to take over holding the space. There is an option to choose an oracle card to integrate into your experience.

DETAILS FOR THE EVENT

IMPORTANT:

PARKING TAKES TIME SO PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY AS THE DOORS WILL CLOSE AT 6.35 TO ALLOW OTHERS THE FULL EXPERIENCE.

What to bring:

Please bring your own: blanket, eye mask and pillow, anything that makes you comfy lying on the floor. YOGA MATS AND BOLSTERS ARE SUPPLIED.

HEALTH: Please tell me of any health issues or pre-existing conditions that I should be aware of eg. metal implants, heart or blood pressure issues, or if you are in the 1st or 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

Sound baths are gentle experiences however some medical conditions might make participation unsuitable. If you are unsure, we would always advise you to seek medical advice before attending. All medical information will be held in the strictest confidence.

TIMING: Please arrive up to 10 mins early as we will start on time - once the session is in progress the doors will be closed for entry.

Previous attendees have had a problem with the Sippi app to park so please leave plenty of time.

Please remove your shoes at the door and enter into the quiet space to allow others begin the experience.
