With a lifelong passion for movement, she is a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor and Chief Assessor for The Pilates Union UK. Louise combines her extensive industry experience with a warm, inclusive approach, helping people move with confidence, feel stronger and enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle.Kate is a professional concert harpist and sound practitioner who has performed internationally with ensembles including the Austen Trio and Aurora Duo, as well as the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra and Ulster Orchestra.
