Relaxing and Restorative Sound / Gong Bath @ The Guildhall in Chichester

Come join us for a magical Sound / Gong bath at the beautiful Guildhall in Chichester on the Winter Solstice. Let the soothing sounds wash over you as we prepare for the busy festivities and for the week ahead.

This could be the perfect way to catch up with friends or simply time to rest and get away from it all.

If you haven't been to a sound / gong bath before, this will be a great place to start and what an incredible venue too. It will be decorated for Christmas and look wonderful. All you need to do is make yourself comfortable on the floor or on a chair, we will take care of the rest. We will begin the session with some simple breathing techniques to prepare for the sounds of the instruments and end with herbal tea to prepare you for the most restful sleep..

Wear warm, comfortable clothes and please bring the following:

• Blankets / to keep you cosy - and extra to keep you warm.
• Yoga mat / camping mat or similar to lay on
• Pillow for your head

Optional:

• Fluffy socks
• Hot water bottle
• Eye mask
• Water to drink afterwards
  

Due to the nature of the building, the stone floor is very hard and may be dusty so please bear that in mind and you may wish to bring extra blankets. (It will be carpeted as part of the Christmas programme). There are heaters but depending on the weather, this may be much cooler than the previous sessions here so bear that in mind.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to find a space and get settled. We are unable to admit people who arrive late as it would disturb the session. If you are unable to make it, please let me know wherever possible.

Refunds are not offered.

Please note - Whilst Sound Baths / Gong baths are suitable for most, it is not advised in the following situations:

• 1st trimester of pregnancy
• Anyone with a pacemaker
• Unsupported serious mental health condition
• Sound induced epilepsy

Please also inform us of any of the following:

• Metal implants
• Tinnitus
• Severe illness
• Recent surgery

If you would prefer to sit, chairs are available.

Photographs: Occassionally we may capture photographs for promotional purposes. This would usually be from a distance and any close up photography would be discussed with you beforehand. Please let us know if you'd rather not be in any promotional material.
