Full moon Yoga and Horses

Summer turns to Autumn Yoga Nidra guided Meditation.

As summer turns to Autumn it’s time to celebrate and reflect on our growth and release what did not root and grow.

This gentle yoga practice will support us in having the opportunity to begin to shift our focus from our outward focus and reflect inward.

Autumn is the time to focus, ground, rest and reflect.

Along side the yoga we will spend time with the herd a chance to connect, release and heal.

We will have the bell tent up and the fire pit lit. Hot chocolate and s’mores.
