Based in my home kitchen in Chichester, West Sussex, my cookery classes aim to help those of you who are feeling uninspired in the kitchen. All my lessons are completely plant-based and will teach you how to eat with the seasons to produce the most delicious, wholesome 3-course meal you can imagine.
The cookery classes are demonstration based with plenty of added tips and lots of chances to ask questions and take notes. Throughout the evening I will show you how to prepare and cook a 3-course meal, which will be shared and enjoyed together at the end of the class. There will be recipe packs for each person to take home, filling you with the confidence to make the dishes again.
The classes run in small groups of up to 5 people. I encourage the group to have fun and get to know one another, making the classes an enjoyable experience whether you’ve come on your own, or with a friend.
Each ticket includes:
- A glass of prosecco or kombucha on arrival.
- A full cooking demonstration of a seasonal, plant-based 3-course meal.
- A sit down 3-course meal including a glass of wine and/or soft drinks.
- Nutrition, cooking and foodie tips throughout the evening.
- One printed recipe booklet to take home.
Classes have all been Covid-19 risk-assessed and a course of action has been devised in line with current government guidelines.
