Join neighbors, local organizations, employers, and community leaders for an open, welcoming conversation about jobs, workforce opportunities, and economic stability in our community. This Open House is designed first and foremost as a listening space—a chance for residents to share their experiences, needs, and ideas related to employment, training, and career pathways in North Lawndale.

This event is hosted by the North Lawndale Community Coordinating Council Workforce Subcommittee as part of its relaunch and renewed commitment to centering community input before setting priorities for the year ahead.
