Well Women Wednesdays
On Wednesday, April 17, join the Mayor’s Office on Women’s Policy and Initiatives (MOWPI) for the second installment of Well Women Wednesdays! Following a special Black Maternal Health Week presentation, this session will feature a total body, kettlebell workout, led by DC’s very own kettlebell enthusiast and fitness trainer, Ana Browne of Anabells Fitness. Moms and Moms-to-Be are welcomed.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Workout begins at 6:45 pm sharp!
Every third Wednesday of the month, MOWPI will host Well Women Wednesdays, a fitness and self-care series designed by women and for women to support their health and wellness journey.
