Beginners very welcome.After the 50 minute class, we will serve complimentary tea and have a little community social :)Bring your own mat, water and blanket - we will have a few mats available if needed!All proceeds from ticket sales will support our work of redistributing essential resources in the community and reducing our community's environmental impact in the process.About our teacher:Amera Al-Ali (she/her) RYT200 is a registered nurse, yoga practitioner, and meditation facilitator from Chicago. Amera has been teaching for over 10 years - with an emphasis on slow and deliberate movement, energy attunement, and vibrational healing through sound and meditation.
