Guided by Kels the Yogi, you and your partner will flow through supported poses, shared breathing, subtle assists, and grounding moments designed to build trust, chemistry, and real connection.

No yoga experience needed — just your person, good energy, and a desire to move in rhythm together. Perfect for couples looking to reset, vibe, and reconnect. All couples are welcome.
