Based on the book, "Pizza City USA," this tour features three different styles of pizza in less than 3 hours. You'll meet some of the pizza makers behind the pies, learn about Chicago pizza history (and the greater city at large) plus discover a pair of places few locals even know about. You'll be sampling deep-dish, artisan and Neapolitan-style pizzas on this tour. You’ll start at Labriola for the city's best deep-dish (that most tourists and locals don't even know about). Your doughcent will talk about the history of this dish, then we'll move on to two more locations.
