This summer, we'll contemplate the stories we've been told about ourselves and our communities and work through the narrative cycle, tying our physical practice with our energetic/spiritual work: RELEASE (hips), REMEMBER (backbends), RECLAIM (twists), REIMAGINE (inversions), and REBUILD (strength).
