As you enter the space, Jennifer Rohr will offer you a drop of pure essential oil to serve as a point of transition.  Settle into your velvet seat and take a moment to observe the vast beauty of the historic Auditorium. The offering will begin with a brief introduction, intention setting, and light guided breathing. As the sound of singing bowls, percussion and flute evolves through the perfect acoustics of The Auditorium, practice the art of acceptance. Become aware of sensations, thoughts, emotions, and memories that arise, allowing them to give way to a deep state of relaxation.  To close, RMBR will share kombucha samples culminating in a final toast to your health and well-being.

No skills, abilities or previous experience is required to participate and benefit from this experience.

Guests will also receive a complimentary Auditorium tour and an event gift bag with wellness-based goodies like a free yoga class at Ahimsa Yoga Studios, essential oil samples, RMBR Kombucha, and access to other mindful services including exclusive discounts to select future Auditorium shows.
