Students will hold traditional restorative yoga postures that improve circulation and digestion, remove toxins, and reduce muscle tension. Your body is supported with blankets, blocks and cushions, allowing you to gently stretch and relax. Applied together can relieve depression, anxiety, chronic and acute pain, and boost the immune system. 
Harmonium, mantra, rain stick, quartz crystal bowls, and gentle hand drumming create a sound bath.

Instructor:
Cindy Huston, founder of Yoga Body Elements and Uptown Wellness Festival, is an E-RYT yoga instructor educator, licensed massage therapist, and Reiki master teacher. Cindy Huston, holds 30 + years teaching body movement in dance, yoga, and hula hooping ages 3-adults. Graduate with a BA in dance from the University of Iowa and licensed massage therapist from Pacific College of Health and Science. A nationally approved continuing education provider with NCBTMB and Yoga Alliance since 2011.
Wellness coaching results systems applied with NBA and NFL athletes, king's council, Founders in Fortune 500, New York Times best selling authors, celebrity musicians, and small business owners.
