Reset Rest Renew

The vision is to create the presence of restoration within black and brown communities for the purpose of healing and creating room to tune inward and give back to ourselves without guilt and embrace it. The idea is to highlight the importance of rest and proactive engagment into one's well-being separating from the "go, go, go," hustle, hustle, hustle" mindset programming most people operate in and nurture our nervous system from fight or flight to rest and digest. Please bring your favorite blanket, book and whatever brings you peace and fill your cup!
