A weekly stretch and dance wellness workshop centering playful movement intended to access JOY.

About this Event

A weekly stretch and dance wellness workshop centering playful movement intended to acccess JOY. NO experience necessary, all bodies are welcome. Music playlist centers colorful Afro-Latin Grooves and Bob Marley catalogue.


  • Open Session - 8 per session
  • Pilsen Clinic (1713 S. Ashland Ave)
  • April 28th-June 27 (no classes May 20 or 27th)Tuesdays 11-12pm
  • Low, gentle music will be utilized for stretching and warm up. Mobility range will be considered for all bodies, access, and abilities. Dance sequences are beginner friendly. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. Yoga socks, mats, and water will be provided. Room will be lightly aromatic (natural lavender).
