The book for November/December is Precious Little Sleep by Alexis Dubief. A recap of the week's portion will be provided in case you don't quiiiiite get through the reading.In person at 4147 N. Ravenswood Ave, Ste 302Tuesdays, 1-2:15 pm$120 per month (one month = 4 weekly meetings = one book)Pre-walking babies welcome; private feeding and changing space available in the suiteDads, non-birthing partners, couples attending together, adoptive parents, and parents who are not on parental leave are welcome (it’s just a catchy title).I am a licensed clinical social worker with eight years of post-graduate experience in a variety of settings with parents of children under five, pregnant people, couples, PhD and MBA students, and other adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. I am Perinatal Mental Health Certified and use an integrative, trauma-informed and attachment-based approach. I’m also an English major and the biggest reader on the planet. Seriously, I’ve read everything.
