No yoga experience is needed—this class is welcoming, flexible, and judgment-free.We will be offering two sessions:Parent & Infant Yoga | 10:30–11:30 AMParent & Toddler Yoga | 11:30 AM–12:30 PMEach session includes simple, parent-guided movement, breathing exercises, and moments of calm in a supportive environment. Babies and toddlers are welcome to move, rest, feed, or be comforted as needed—come exactly as you are.Following each session, families are invited to stay and enjoy light drinks and snacks, connect with other caregivers, and tour our Guidepost Montessori Old Town campus.What to BringYoga matWater bottleBlanket for your child (optional)This is a community event open to families looking to build connection, support wellness, and experience mindful moments together.
