A women’s gathering designed to reconnect with yourself and the nature world through meditation and land art. This sacred space offers an opportunity to slow down, ground, and reconnect with the earth, as we come together in unity and support.

We will cultivate mindfulness and presence, followed by the creative process of land art, allowing nature to be our canvas and guide. Together we will create, reflect, and deepen our connection to the earth, to each other, and to ourselves. This gathering is a chance to feel the nourishing power of nature, rooted in community and grounded in presence.

Jenny will begin by guiding us through a grounding meditation, drawing from her training with Mana Movement. This will help us center and connect to the present moment, fostering a sense of peace and clarity. Afterward, we’ll move into a creative space where we’ll use gathered materials to craft a land offering. This practice invites us to tap into our collective energy—whether through silence, our voices, or a quiet connection with the earth. It’s a time to bond with the land, each other, and ourselves, trusting that the process will guide us in deepening our connection.

What to Know:

• This gathering is for women only.
• It will take place entirely outdoors. Please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.
• Wear comfortable clothing as we will be moving through the space.
• Feel free to bring loose items like flowers, stones, jewels, crystals, or acorns to add to our land art.
• A small blanket, mat, or portable chair is recommended for sitting. I’ll have extras available if needed.
• Bring a journal and writing utensil if you’d like to write.
