As the last New Moon of 2025 rises, we’ll gather together to pause, reset, and welcome the quiet beginnings of a new cycle. Step away from the noise of the season and listen inward by resting in stillness, setting intentions, and allowing sound to carry you into renewal.
The Flow of the Evening:
Doors open at 7:00 PM — arrive early to get cozy and settle in.
Intention setting begins at 7:30 PM — guided reflection and handouts will be provided for anyone who wants to write. Bring your journal if you prefer.
Sound bath begins at 7:50 PM — one hour of immersive sound to support grounding, release, and restoration.
Closing meditation (8:50–9:00 PM) — a gentle return to the body, carrying your intentions forward.
What’s Provided:
Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets will be available to make the space as comfortable as possible. You’re welcome to bring your own if you’d prefer, but everything you need will be waiting for you.
