Millennium Park Summer Workouts 2025
Experience Chicago's premier free outdoor fitness program in the heart of downtown, offering professional fitness classes against the backdrop of the city's iconic skyline. Every Saturday from May through August, Millennium Park transforms into a unique outdoor fitness studio featuring four different workout styles with expert instruction, live music, and community wellness celebration.
What to Expect:
* Four consecutive 45-minute professional fitness classes every Saturday morning from 8:00 AM to 11:45 AM
* Pilates classes (8:00-8:45 AM) with certified instructors focusing on core strength, flexibility, and body alignment
* Yoga sessions (9:00-9:45 AM) featuring various styles from gentle flow to power yoga for all experience levels
* Cardio Kickboxing (10:00-10:45 AM) with high-energy boxing-inspired workouts for cardiovascular fitness and strength
* Zumba classes (11:00-11:45 AM) combining Latin dance moves with fitness for fun, energetic full-body workouts
* Professional instruction from certified fitness experts including Katie Tomaszewski, Mia Park, Kevin Black, and Melanie Nutter
* Live music and local DJ performances accompanying workout sessions to enhance motivation and energy
* Two rotating premium locations: Great Lawn (near Pritzker Pavilion) and Wrigley Square for varied scenic experiences
* ASL interpretation available upon request for accessibility and inclusion
