From there, you’ll rest comfortably while being immersed in a live sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, percussion, and other therapeutic instruments, creating a layered and deeply relaxing soundscape.Following the sound experience, you’ll have time for journaling and personal reflection, followed by herbal tea and an optional opportunity to connect and reflect with the group.Journey is intentionally welcoming and accessible. You do not need any previous experience with meditation, sound baths, or wellness practices to attend. There is nothing you need to achieve or perform—simply come as you are and give yourself permission to slow down.
