We have 1 hour to make magicAbout the Facilitator:Breena Shusterman is a Chicago-based yoga teacher, voice and movement therapist-in-training, singer, and embodiment facilitator. She is completing certification as a voice and movement therapy practitioner after nine months of immersive training in South Africa. Breena’s work weaves together somatic practices, voice exploration, movement, parts work, and authentic relating to support deep emotional exploration and embodied self-expression.She has facilitated inner child play workshops, group therapy spaces, and one-on-one sessions, and is the creator of Moon Yoga, an embodiment journey through voice. Breena is also a playwright and creative guide who loves diving into the emotional world and creating spaces where people feel safe to be seen, heard, and expressed.
