We invite you to join us in this entertaining hands-on class, learning how to create your own perfect salumi & formaggi platter that is sure to delight your family and friends.Our class will be taught by our Brand Ambassador who will lead you through building your own platter with Eataly's most delicious cheeses and salumi, paired with just the right condiments and a glass of prosecco! You will leave with your hand-made salumi & formaggi board to enjoy at home with family and friends.During the class, you'll enjoy a glass of prosecco as you create your own salumi & formaggi board featuring three cheeses and three salumi from our Salumi & Formaggi counter, condiments to pair with the meats and cheeses, and a disposable platter with lid. We encourage you to taste the products as you make your own platter!We are offering this class at two different rates. You can either build your own salumi & formaggi platter by yourself for $75.00 or you can grab a partner and build one platter together for $100.00. The platters will be the same size for either 1 or 2 people. Please choose the class that best suits you.Additional Information:• Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. You may be standing during some or all of this class as you build your board.• Duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes.• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.• Class is a hands-on experience during which guests build their own salumi & formaggi board to take enjoy at home• Please make us aware of any dietry restrictions.
