In this class, it will be served with fresh tagliatelle pasta, while at home you can prepare with any of your favorite pasta shapes!    In this Class You Will:  Learn about the seasonality and regionality of traditional Italian ragu Observe as our Scuola chef teaches the group how to shape your own Tagliatelle and then demonstrates how to prepare Ragu di Zucca  Shape your own fresh tagliatelle from scratch, by hand Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, welcome Prosecco, the pasta dish alongside a curated wine pairing, and a dessert. Take home your creation alongside a recipe, to recreate it at home  Please Note:  One ticket purchase is valid for one guest  Seating is guarenteed, but first-come, first-served  Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes  All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
