This comprehensive Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) course is designed to provide healthcare professionals with practical knowledge and real-world strategies for managing and strengthening radiation safety programs across a variety of clinical environments. Through expert-led lectures, interactive discussions, tabletop exercises, and hands-on labs, participants will gain a deeper understanding of regulatory requirements, radiation oncology safety, theranostics, internal dosimetry, spill response, and effective risk communication.

The course covers essential topics including radiation oncology oversight, NRC rule changes, ALARA principles, theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy considerations, and emergency response planning.
