Traditionally from the region of Ogliastra, culurgiones are filled with potatoes, pecorino, and mint, and are deeply rooted in Sardinian culture—often prepared to mark the end of the harvest or special family gatherings.Guests will then try their hand at rolling out the dough and forming their own traditional shapes.In this engaging class, guests will be welcomed with a glass of prosecco before making their own dough and crafting culurgiones by hand. Additionally, guests will enjoy a fresh pastamaking and cooking demonstration by our Chef of La Scuola. During the demonstration, guests will be served an antipasto plate along with a wine pairing to complement the featured pasta dish.Please Note:One ticket purchase is valid for one guestSeating is first-come, first-servedClass duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutesAll guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
