We require that all attendees must be 13 or older. Here’s what that looks like in practice:1. Responsible Partners OnlyWe work exclusively with reputable and responsible breeders/rescues. We have a rigourus vetting process to ensure the puppies (and their parents) are coming from ethical and nurturing environments.We have a strict, non-negotiable policy against puppy mills and negligent breeders.2. Socialization First, Sales NEVEROur experiences are designed to support healthy puppy socialization which is vital for a growing puppy and deeply beneficial for their overall well-being in the future. We are not sales-driven in any capacity and puppy sales at our events are prohibited. The only time we promote adoption is when we are hosting a rescue.3. Limited SessionsOur sessions are curated with veterinarian-backed guidelines. We intentionally keep sessions to 45 minutes long and cap our event days to just two sessions. This supports the puppies’ natural sleep–wake cycles and protects them from overstimulation and exhaustion.4. “Pups Are the Boss” PolicyThe puppies are never forced to interact or participate. We honor each puppy’s autonomy and they choose if, how and when they engage at all times. They are free to play, nap, explore, or cuddle on their own terms, always.5. High-Standard SanitationAll our spaces and equiptment are deep cleaned and thoroughly sanitized using veterinary hospital grade products to ensure a germ free, healthy and safe environment for both the pups and humans.6. Access to Food & WaterThe puppies always have access to food, water, and anything else they need to stay comfortable and taken care of.7. Mandatory Long Rest & Nap TimeWe follow veterinarian-backed recommendations and give the puppies a full hour of uninterrupted rest and nap time between sessions.
