An evening of grounding, intentional release, nervous system care, sound, and community as the sun begins to set over the city.We’ll begin our evening with ASSYST, an EMDR/AIP-informed, trauma-sensitive stabilization approach designed to help reduce emotional and physiological distress while supporting nervous system regulation. As part of the experience, we’ll use the Butterfly Hug, a gentle form of self-administered bilateral stimulation that involves alternating taps on each side of the body.Through guided practice, participants will be invited to notice what is present in the body, connect with the present moment, and give the nervous system space to settle and regulate.From there, we’ll transition into a restorative sound bath, allowing the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sounds to support deep rest, reflection, and reconnection with the body.This experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, release what you’ve been carrying, and give yourself permission to simply be.Come as you are. 🦋🌅 Event Details📅 Friday, October 2, 2026📍 Park No. 5712828 S.
