Calling all goth yogis + brave and curious souls alike! Flow through a slow yet invigorating vinyasa-style class lit by candlelight and backed by heavy, vibrational music.
Doom looming? Bring it to your mat, sit with it, transmute it. We cannot have "love and light" without spending some time in the darkness too. The trance-like quality cultivated by this practice will invite your awareness inward for a deeply introspective experience. Our movement practice will be accompanied by guided meditation, pranayama (breath practice), and deep rest to relax + release.
It's SPOOKY SEASON! Attendees are encouraged to dress up and there will be some bonus special festive elements!
