DIY Herbal Incense Workshop ✨
Join us for a cozy, mindful class of creativity and connection. This class blends meditation, reflective journaling, and a hands-on DIY herbal incense workshop.
We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help you reconnect, slow down, and ground into the space. From there, you’ll move into journaling with simple prompts to connect with yourself and release what no longer serves you.
Then comes the creative part ✨
You’ll learn about different herbs and natural ingredients, their properties, and how to blend them intentionally. Each participant will create their own custom herbal incense to take home.
