He brings experience as a masters boxer in addition to sports psychology consulting at two Olympic Games, three world championships and a Pan American Games. He's going to show how to box and apply mental skills to enhance your boxing training and enjoy competition. ?: 02:50 PM - 03:30 PMThe Road to Las Vegas: Putting It All TogetherInfo: All the elements covered in the day's learning sessions are pulled together to show a cohesive, integrated novice masters boxing preparation program. This sessions shows a 12-week program to guide preparation to box in Las Vegas in February 2026. This sessions is led by faculty from the Department of Kinesiology and Nutrition.
