Armitage Ave) beginning at 6pm.Doors open at 6pm and class begins promptly at 6:30pm.The evening will commence with a letting go ceremony, followed by an intimate sound bath with restorative yoga.Unsure of what to expect? During class, Kelli will put you in gentle, restorative yin yoga poses - where you will stay on your mat, and will either be on your back, stomach, side, or sitting upright - which you will hold for about 5-minutes. Once you're in the pose, Kelli will play various instruments around and over you, in addition to playing sound bowls throughout, concluding with a gong bath.You are welcome to bring your own mat, however, mats will be onsite and available to use. Additionally, we recommend that you dress in comfortable clothing and bring a blanket.Please pay close attention to the below parking and entrance instructions, as to not arrive late (doors will be locked and no late entries permitted after 6:30pm.
