Burning Bowl Ceremony

During the Burning Bowl Ceremony, you will be guided through a sacred process of release, reflection, and renewal. The experience will include:

• Grounding meditation to help you settle into the space and connect with your intention.
• Journaling prompts to guide you in identifying what you are ready to let go of—habits, emotions, patterns, or energies from the past year.
• The burning ritual, where you write what you are releasing and safely place it into the fire to be transformed.
• Breathwork and energy clearing to support emotional release and spiritual purification.
• Setting new intentions for the upcoming year with clarity, empowerment, and alignment.
• Closing affirmation & blessing to seal your new frequency and anchor the shift into your mind, body, and spirit.

Expect a peaceful, transformative, and empowering experience where you will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and renewed.

To make the most of your ceremony, please bring:

• A journal and pen for reflection and intention-setting.
• Comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and sit comfortably.
• A water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the ritual.
• An open heart and willingness to release what no longer serves you.
• Optional:
• • Your favorite crystal for grounding or intention-setting.
  • A small personal item you’d like to charge with new-year intentions.
  • A blanket or cushion for added comfort.

Fire materials (paper, pens, and burning bowl setup) will be provided.
