BABY ON BOARD: Infant Car Seat Safety - WEISSBLUTH PEDIATRICS (SOUTH LOOP)

One of the most important jobs you have as a parent is keeping your child safe when your child is riding in a vehicle. Our certified instructor will guide you through the ins and outs of proper infant car seat installation so that you become more familiar and comfortable with handling and using your car seat. We will be covering the basics of infant passenger safety- selection, direction, location, installation, and harnessing.

This class is open to any expecting parents looking to get information on the proper use of their infant car seat. There will also be a Q&A which cover common questions.

This class focuses primarily on children less than 2 years old. For a formal evaluation and inspection of your individual car seat and vehicle, you will need to schedule an appointment at a car seat inspection station near you. Towards the end of class, we will go over where you can find a certified technician and what you can expect during that process.
