Annual Meeting & Holiday Event :: Honoring Joseph Michael Essex

The STA Annual Meeting & Holiday Event will take place on December 18, 2025, in the beautiful Rettinger Hall at the Newberry Library, for a reflection on the past year and the Honorary Member Award presentation to special guest Joseph Michael Essex.

This evening will bring together the Chicago design community for holiday cheer, socializing, a brief STA update, and the Honorary Member presentation introducing Joseph Michael Essex. A short Q&A will follow the special presentation.

The evening will conclude with more socializing and festive cheer!
