Chef/Partner Stephen Dunne and Managing Partner/Wine Director Jon Young invite you to indulge in a seated experience where gourmet bites and gorgeous bubbles shine together. Enjoy a festive sparkling cocktail, then savor five premium Champagne selections, each paired with chef-crafted bites, served throughout our newly renovated dining room, rustic coach house, and Chicago’s #1 Hidden City Patio—fully enclosed and heated for the season.

This year’s lineup highlights a range of styles showcasing all three classic Champagne grapes from some of the world’s most iconic houses. Brand Ambassador Aaron Kirkpatrick will join us to share insider stories and tasting notes on terroir, technique, and producers.
