A graduate of DePaul University with a degree in Mathematics, Nicole has consistently integrated her passion for mental health advocacy into her professional roles. She recently completed a resiliency program through Compass Health focused on addressing workplace burnout and is currently preparing for her return to work—equipped with the tools to not just survive, but thrive mentally and emotionally.Outside of work, Nicole enjoys practicing mindfulness, coaching Science Olympiad, and spending quality time with her husband and their three children. She brings a grounded, compassionate perspective to the conversation around mental health in the workplace.Shawna Doran is the Chief Privacy and Security Counsel at Veradigm, where she provides strategic legal and privacy counsel to a publicly traded health information technology company. With twenty years of experience working for both companies and law firms, Shawna has established herself as an expert in data privacy and commercial transactions.Outside of her professional life, Shawna is married to an attorney and is the proud mother of two teenagers who have emphatically declared their intent to pursue careers outside of law.Tumsheen Qureshi leads the Internal Audit and Finance Continuous Improvement teams at Grainger. Prior to joining Grainger, Tumsheen has had several roles within Fortune 500 companies and worked in EY’s Risk Advisory practice. She’s a Certified Internal Auditor and an Accounting Major from Northeastern Illinois University. She also serves as a Board Member and Treasurer for both Spark Ventures and Share our Spare; two non-profit organizations focused on uplifting women and children out of poverty. In her free time, Tumsheen enjoys spending time with her 12-year-old husky, traveling, and reading.Iwona Tarnowska leads the Global Finance for the House of Rohl, a luxury kitchen &amp; bath business at Fortune Brands Innovations. Prior to leading the business unit Finance team, she has led the Corporate FP&amp;A and Commercial COEs Finance teams. Her professional career spans across corporate and consulting, with notable experiences at Grainger and Deloitte Consulting, and breadth of Finance areas, e.g., Commercial Finance, Corporate and BU FP&amp;A, Treasury and M&amp;A. She strongly believes in continuous education, with the most recent graduation from the Columbia University CFO Executive Program.
