Erika is the architect of the Museum Educators Program, a paid arts engagement program for community members and University of Chicago undergraduates at the Smart Museum of Art begun in 2014. She is affiliated with the Burroughs Residency, Chicago Art Department, Experimental Station, Green Era Sustainability, Hyde Park Art Center, and Urban Growers Collective. Erika is committed to supporting a beautiful and just world.Jill LeCesne Potter is an arts leader who approaches cultural programming as both an intellectual discipline and a civic practice, designing ecosystems where learning, creativity, and community are in constant dialogue. Shaped by her roots in New Orleans and her work across Chicago, Jill advances a philosophy that the arts are not supplementary, but essential infrastructures for equity, healing, and collective imagination.
