(Introduction 15-20 mins, Breathwork 1:18 mins, Integration / Q&A to the 15 mins).Our journey together will be guided by Bineral beats and you WIL BE PROVIDED HEADPHONES. I will be there coaching you to show up for yourself and go deeper every step of the way.
