He also serves as a Canada Global Executive – participating in a program of the Trade Commissioner Service at Global Affairs Canada to connect accomplished leaders living abroad with Canadian enterprises needing strategic guidance.Dr. Bloom joined Loyola from the University of South Florida (USF).
