He combines coaching, mentoring, martial arts and experiential learning to create transformative experiences for boys, young men and families. Coach Sakan Lam is the co-founder and head coach of Core Combat Chiang Mai, a martial arts academy known for developing not only fighters but also character, discipline, and resilience in young people. With years of experience training youths, amateur fighters, and adults from around the world, Coach Sakan believes martial arts is a powerful vehicle for building confidence, self-control, respect, and personal responsibility.
