“Shuang Yang” or “Sun Frost White Crane Soft and Gentle Art,” is a rare internal form of Shaolin White Crane Kung Fu from the Nam Yang lineage. With 66 flowing movements, it blends breath and movement to stretch the body, open energy channels, and cultivate internal strength.

Often called a moving meditation, Shuang Yang develops calm focus, rooted stability, and a subtle flow of energy through the whole body. Gentle yet powerful, it invites both relaxation and hidden strength — a rare glimpse into the internal side of Shaolin arts.
