This class gently moves the nervous system out of fight/flight/freeze/collapse and into safety and relaxation.

- fascial release
- breathwork practices
- self-massage
Think of it as a deep reset for your nervous system and neuro-circuitry that will leave you feeling grounded, more regulated, uplifted and more connected to your body and inner world.

- building a felt sense of inner safety

This class is suitable for all bodies. Wear comfortable clothing
This is NOT a yoga class. There are no downward dogs or yoga poses.
