By immersing yourself in total darkness, your senses will gradually withdraw, allowing the mind to settle into a state of profound stillness. This sensory deprivation creates space for deep meditation, heightened intuition, and even visionary experiences as your brain naturally increases its production of melatonin and DMT. Many practitioners describe a newfound sense of clarity, emotional release, and connection to their inner wisdom. Without the constant pull of external stimuli, the body’s natural rhythms can restore themselves, supporting deep rest and cellular regeneration.

? Retreat Schedule ?

? May 28 (Wednesday) – Arrive after 2 PM for an introduction and retreat guidance.
? May 29 (Thursday) to June 1 (Sunday) morning – Full immersion into darkness retreat.
? June 2 (Monday) departure recommended – To help your body and mind transition smoothly back to daily life, we suggest staying an extra night for integration and adaptation.

The ideal arrival time is the afternoon of May 28 to attend the evening orientation session. However, if you need to arrive later in the evening, that is also fine.

? Morning – Guided Meditation / gentle body movements
?️ Afternoon – Pratyahara Yoga Practice
⭐ Evening – Pratyahara Yoga Practice

You will practice in complete darkness 24/7, and Karina will adjust the sessions according to participants' needs.

? Early Bird Price – 7,650 TWD (Available until April 9th)
? Regular Price – 12,000 TWD

This fee includes:
✔️ Guided meditation & yoga sessions led by Prema Karina, translation costs, and certification fees.
❌ Excludes airfare, travel expenses, and insurance.

? Accommodation Information (Payment made directly to Tao Garden) ?

? Single Room (3 nights in darkness retreat + 3 liquid meals per day) – 14,700 THB per person

? Extra nights (arrival day + integration day after retreat) – 1,800 THB per night per person
Extra nights only include accommodation. Meals can be purchased separately at Tao Garden.
