What if you could be fully loved… right in the middle of your brokenness?
Here I Am is a moving original dance production by Arise Dance that explores the universal journey of feeling lost and alone, searching for belonging, and discovering that we are seen, loved, and accepted just as we are.
Through powerful storytelling, music, immersive lighting and sound and expressive choreography, this heartfelt performance invites audiences into a story of hope, healing, and the courage to respond to unconditional love when we encounter it.
Whether you love the performing arts or simply are looking for an evening that speaks to the heart, this is a beautiful experience for friends, families, and community members of all ages. There are over 90 dancers performing, ages 4-adult.
Performance Options:
Sunday, March 15 at 6-7:30(ish) PM — Final Dress Rehearsal (Open to the Public)
Wednesday, March 18 at 6-7:30 PM — Official Performance
The show will be held at North-Chiang Mai University. Location details are included when you purchase tickets.
Please note: there are 6 scenes throughout the show that are a bit heavier and serious as they depict sin entering the world, the death of Jesus (not graphic, just dance gestures), some dance fighting, the distractions and distortions that social media can cause, and how comparing ourselves to others can create anxiety and self-doubt. If you have young children you may want to consider explaining these scenes to them. These will be outlined in the program so you will know when to expect them with an *.
There will also be the theatrical use of lighting, sound effects, and fog (water vapor). If you are sensitive to light please be aware.
