● Fish of the day in Mediterranean herb broth with artichokes, cherry tomatoes, olives & potato fondant.
● Cranberry & brie–stuffed chicken breast wrapped in Parma ham with potato gratin, roasted winter vegetables & port–red wine jus.
● Tender AU beef slow-braised in red wine with baby carrots, pearl onions & velvety herb mash.

● Almond macaron with raspberry sorbet & vanilla cream.
● Buttermilk panna cotta with bright berry compote & toasted pistachios.
