- **Event Description**: Becoming Abroad is a 3-part women’s wellness series created for nomadic women (especially for Black women) in Thailand who are navigating transition, rest, identity shifts, grief, and becoming.
This series blends lived experience sharing, psychoeducation, somatic (body-based) practices, and community amongst women to support nervous system regulation, meaning-making, and embodied transformation. There is nothing to fix and nothing to perform—just space to arrive as you are.

Week 1 February 20th: “You didn’t leave for nothing.”
Rest. Regulation. Letting go of survival mode.

Week 2 February 27th: “Grieving who I was, meeting who I’m becoming.”
Naming loss, truth-telling, and reconstructing identity.

Week 3 March 6th: “We are not meant to do this alone.”
Belonging, intention, and moving forward—together.

Time: 11am-1pm 

Contribution:
• Full 3-Week Series: 800 baht
• Drop-In: 350 baht per session
• Brunch is not included in the ticket price (View the menu here on FB in advance to help with timing when ordering).

• Feeling stretched between who you were and who you’re becoming
• Craving rest, connection, and honest conversation
• Ready to slow down and be held in community

About the facilitators:
Sunie & Dee are both 2 nomadic women from America who have professional experience as Licensed Mental Health practitioners and certified practitioners of various holistic wellness practices. Sunie & Dee have each individually held space for women & families through 1-1 clients, workshops & speaking engagements, retreats, and more.
