In this workshop you will get to:
• Rediscover calm and relaxation by working directly with clay.
• Connect to your senses and inner sanctuary in a grounding, creative space.
• Explore a simple, profound way to reconnect with yourself and find balance.

This workshop led by Professional Holistic Art Therapy Trainee, but not a therapy session.
